Justina McCaffrey Wedding Dress Commission Reservation
Thank you for placing a Reservation for Justina McCaffrey Wedding Dress Commission. By making your Reservation Payment, you have secured your approximate priority for commencing the design and production of your Justina McCaffrey Wedding Dress Commission.
Your Reservation Payment becomes effective when (1) you place your Reservation and (2) we receive your Reservation Payment.
While this Reservation secures your approximate delivery priority, it does not constitute the purchase or order of a wedding dress.
After the Reservation Payment is received, you will be invited to a 1-hour video conference call with Justina and she will work with you to design your unique Wedding Dress Commission.
After the 1-hour video conference call with Justina is made and all the details are confirmed, the Justina McCaffrey team will create an Order for your Wedding Dress Commission, and you will receive a Purchase Agreement indicating the purchase price of the Commissioned Wedding Dress, plus estimates of any applicable design changes, taxes, duties, transport and delivery charges, and any other applicable fees.
If you proceed with the Order, we will apply your Reservation Payment towards the Order Payment.
Until you enter into a Purchase Agreement, (Click here to see the Purchase Agreement) your Reservation may be cancelled at any time, in which case, if prior to the video conferencing call with Justina McCaffrey, you will receive a full refund of your Reservation Payment. If a cancellation is made after the 1-hour video conference call with Justina, the Reservation Payment will be forfeited.
You understand that we will not hold your Reservation Payment separately or in an escrow or trust fund or pay any interest on your Reservation Payment. Your Reservation is not transferable or assignable to another party without the prior written approval of Justina McCaffrey Inc.
